Data Protection Specialist (Reigate)

Contract - 3 months - Outside IR35

Reigate (Or London) - Hybrid - 2/3 days a week in the office

This FTSE 250 Financial Services Company who specialise in Retirement Solutions are seeking a Data Process Specialist to manage and process Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs) in line with GDPR and data protection regulations . The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring compliance, protecting individuals' data rights, and mitigating privacy risks.

Skills and Knowledge required -

• Strong relationship management, interpersonal skills, and subject-matter expert knowledge Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to deliver clearly to a variety of audiences
• Ability to inspire trust, influence others, promote collaboration and motivate
• Ability to succeed in an influence-based role
• High degree of self-motivation, self-discipline and enthusiasm to succeed
• Strong delivery focus and organisational/ project management skills to coordinate plans and deliver to agreed timescales and within budget
• Good IT skills, including Office 365 suite

Experience -

• Experience with processing DSARs and DPIAs.
• Relevant experience in data protection specialist roles in financial services
• Experience in working in a fast paced environment with a diverse activity role
