Hybrid - 3-4 days in Newport

We're excited to offer an opportunity to join a forward-thinking fintech organisation that's redefining the future of asset finance. As a key member of the internal IT team, you'll be working with modern technologies across transformational projects, helping to drive innovation in Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), and Zero Trust security.

We're looking for a motivated and ambitious individual who's eager to grow and thrive within a dynamic, high-growth environment. If you're passionate about Cloud infrastructure and want to be at the forefront of technology, this could be the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the delivery of the internal IT roadmap, including:

    • Managing users, devices, policies and configurations via Microsoft Intune and Entra.

    • Developing and maintaining a SharePoint-based extranet for external collaboration.

    • Supporting and enhancing cloud-based telephony systems and on-site networks.

    • Using PowerShell and Power Platform to manage systems such as Entra ID, Exchange, Azure, and Teams, and to build automations that streamline operations.

  • Provide hands-on support for day-to-day IT operations, including helpdesk coverage and occasional on-site support.

  • Maintain clear communication across the business, ensuring accurate documentation and knowledge-sharing within the IT team.

Key Skills & Experience
  • Strong experience with Microsoft SaaS and PaaS tools, particularly Microsoft 365 and Entra ID.

  • A track record of delivering objectives and successfully implementing new systems.

  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation.

  • Solid all-round IT skills, including networking and hardware support.

  • Minimum of 1 year in a helpdesk or similar IT support role, with evidence of ongoing personal development.

  • A collaborative, approachable attitude, with a passion for continuous learning and knowledge sharing.

What's in it for you?

You'll be joining a collaborative and ambitious team where every voice is heard. This is a culture where people across all levels and departments are encouraged to shape outcomes, suggest improvements, and be part of the journey.

This is a hybrid role with regular office presence in South Wales (typically 3 to 4 days per week), offering the ideal blend of on-site collaboration and remote flexibility.
