NetSuite Finance and Reporting Consultant

Job Description

We're supporting a major ERP transformation programme and are looking for an experienced NetSuite Finance & Reporting Consultant to join on a short-term contract (approx. 6 weeks ) to support critical design and validation work.This is a specialist assignment focused on defining and shaping the finance structure, product hierarchy, and reporting framework within a new NetSuite environment.The RoleYou will work closely with Finance, business stakeholders, and the implementation partner to design and validate the core data and reporting structures that will underpin the ERP solution.Key areas of responsibility include:Designing the General Ledger structure and Chart of AccountsDefining cost centres, departments, classes, locations, and financial segmentsBuilding a scalable product hierarchy and master data structureIdentifying key product attributes to support reporting and analysisMapping business reporting requirements into standard NetSuite functionalityDesigning custom reports, dashboards, KPIs, and saved searches where requiredRunning workshops with Finance and operational stakeholders to gather and validate requirementsReviewing existing reporting and defining what is retained, replaced, or redesignedEnsuring all reporting outputs are aligned, tested, and signed off by stakeholdersWhat we're looking forStrong experience with NetSuite ERP implementationsDeep understanding of finance structures, GL design, and management reportingHands-on knowledge of NetSuite reporting tools (saved searches, dashboards, KPIs)Experience designing or working with product hierarchies and master data structuresStrong business analysis capability with excellent stakeholder engagement skillsAbility to translate complex reporting requirements into scalable ERP designComfortable working in fast-paced, delivery-focused transformation environmentsEngagement6-week contractImmediate start preferredonsite Monday - FridayTPBN1_UKTJ
