The Role
We're looking for a highly organised Project Co-ordinator to join a fast-paced Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment.
This is a hands-on, delivery-focused role, where you'll take ownership of customer orders (e.g. broadband, telephony, IT services) and ensure they move smoothly from sale through to delivery and handover.
You'll sit at the centre of the process-working with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to keep everything on track.
What You'll Be Doing
- Managing multiple customer orders end-to-end
- Co-ordinating activity across sales, engineering, support, and suppliers
- Keeping timelines, milestones, and dependencies on track
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers
- Providing regular updates and managing expectations
- Chasing suppliers and internal teams to keep delivery moving
- Escalating issues and resolving delays
- Maintaining accurate trackers, notes, and documentation
About You
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Proactive - you take ownership and don't wait to be told
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicating with customers and stakeholders
- Resilient and able to handle pressure and changing priorities
Experience
- Experience in a Project Co-ordinator, Delivery Co-ordinator, or similar role (IT, telecoms, MSP ideal but not essential)
- OR strong organisational experience (e.g. EA/PA, admin) with proven coordination skills
- Experience managing multiple tasks, timelines, or stakeholders
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Teams)
Important: This is a coordination and delivery role, not a project management position. We're looking for someone who enjoys keeping things organised, chasing progress, and ensuring nothing gets missed.
