The Role
This is a new business, outbound sales role focused on Account-Based Marketing (ABM). You’ll be responsible for building conversations with ecommerce retailers turning £1m–£100m in revenue, engaging founders, Heads of Ecommerce, Operations Managers, and Warehouse Leaders. This is not a spray-and-pray SDR role. You’ll take a targeted, intelligent approach researching accounts, understanding operational challenges, and starting meaningful conversations that lead to high-quality demos. Understanding customer challenges and interpreting them will be your growth opportunities. You’ll work closely with our Sales Consultants, Marketing Team, and Leadership Team with a clear pathway from initial outbound activity to closing, account management
What You’ll Be Doing
- Prospecting and qualifying ABM accounts
- Engaging senior decision-makers across ecommerce, retail, and fulfilment
- Identifying operational pain points across warehousing, picking, packing, and shipping
- Booking high-quality product demos for our Sales Consultants
- Managing your pipeline and activity in HubSpot
- Developing deep knowledge of Helm WMS and the problems it solves for scaling brands

What We’re Looking For
- Graduates with strong commercial instincts and confident communication skills
- OR experienced sales professionals from SaaS, logistics, B2B, recruitment, or tech
- Curious, resilient self-starters who enjoy learning fast and hitting targets
- People who like understanding how businesses actually work not just selling features
