The Role

Are you a tenacious, energetic communicator who isn't afraid to pick up the phone?

We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Executive to be the driving force behind our growth. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for our prospective clients. Your main mission is to generate and qualify leads through proactive outbound activities, build a solid pipeline, and successfully book software demos for our Account Executives.

Whether you are an entry-level professional with a sparkling personality and a natural talent for sales, or someone with prior SDR experience in the tech space, if you have the drive to succeed and the resilience to handle rejection, we want you on our team!

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Proactive Lead Generation: Autonomously identify, research, and build lists of potential clients, reaching out primarily via outbound/cold telephone calls.
  • The Sales Pitch: Effectively communicate The Company’s value proposition, highlighting how our solutions directly address specific warehousing and logistics pain points.
  • Driving Action (Booking Demos): Navigate conversations to reach the right decisionmakers, spark genuine interest, and book product demos to seamlessly pass the baton to our Account Executives.
  • Handling Objections: Utilise persuasive sales techniques and sheer resilience to overcome objections and turn "no"s into future opportunities.
  • Pipeline Management: Organise your time efficiently, maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions, and keep our CRM updated with a consistent pipeline of qualified leads.
  • Collaboration & Learning: Work closely with the wider sales team to optimise strategies, while staying updated on tech industry trends and competitor offerings.

Who You Are:

  • Industry Ready: Ideally, you have experience in an SDR role and a solid understanding of the SaaS, tech, or logistics/e-commerce environments. Experience is a plus, but raw confidence and a hunger to learn are the most important aspects!
