Technical Lead

Hands-on Tech Lead | Hybrid | Central London | Up to £90k + Benefits

Global Digital Agency are hiring a hands-on Tech Lead to lead the delivery of digital products across web, app, and AI platforms. Based near Oxford Circus, London, this hybrid role requires 3 days per week in the office.

You’ll combine technical leadership with hands-on development, working closely with developers, stakeholders, and clients to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical discovery and solution architecture
• Provide hands-on support across frontend and backend development
• Manage team delivery and resourcing through JIRA
• Oversee Azure hosting, infrastructure, and CI/CD processes
• Communicate technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders
• Drive code quality, QA standards, and E2E testing using Playwright

Required Experience

• Strong experience leading delivery within a digital agency or end-client project consultancy environment, this is essential
• Commercial experience with C# and ASP.NET Core
• Strong full-stack development background
• Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD workflows
• Ability to manage technical delivery in client-facing environments

Nice to Have

• Azure AI Services and OpenAI API integration experience
• Webflow or other low-code platform exposure
• Python experience within AI projects
