Education
- Degree or relevant experience
Skills and experience
- In depth experience of software testing
- Experience of test driven development
- In depth understanding of software development lifecycles

- Pragmatic and delivery focused mentality
- Management of risk
- Attention to detail
- Excellent analytical and judgemental skills
Communication
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Ability to deal with representatives at all levels internally within the Trust
- Experience of producing project communication documentation for multiple projects and varied audiences
