Administrator Temp Data Migration Assistant

We’re looking for a temp team member to support the migration from our current MIS to a new platform. The role involves checking and validating data to ensure it’s accurate and complete before upload.

Key duties:

• Compare records between systems
• Flag and record any errors or mismatches
• Help correct data before upload
• Follow validation procedures and maintain confidentiality
• Work with the project team to meet deadlines

What we’re looking for:

• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident using Excel or similar tools
• Clear communication skills
• Experience with data entry, validation, or MIS is a bonus, not essential

Duration: Temp for around 3 weeks
