You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, learning how to turn ideas into products that create value for customers and the business. Key Responsibilities:

• Help create and maintain a product roadmap for your area, prioritise features and enhancements based on customer needs, competitive analysis, and business impact.
• Act as a bridge between different departments, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and operations.
• Conduct extensive research to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape.
• Create first-class, efficient solutions to difficult problems, helping to define the scope of the products we build.
• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle for your features, from initial concept and design to development, testing, and launch.
• Prioritise the customer experience by gathering and analysing user feedback to continuously improve the product.
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assess the product's success post-launch.
• Regularly communicate with stakeholders, including team members, senior leadership, and customers, to provide updates on product progress, gather feedback, and align expectations.

About you:

• Proven track record of delivering outsized impact and solving difficult, complex problems.
• Deep understanding of how to build and scale products, processes, or systems.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and coordinate cross-functional projects that deliver stretching outcomes.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience shaping and executing against a strategic vision.
• Outstanding communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to drive outcomes by working cross-functionally with various teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with what makes a great user experience.
• A data-driven mindset and experience with performance metrics.
• STEM degree desirable but not a requirement
• Experience working in a product role is a bonus but not a requirement
