The Opportunity

  • Lead all client onboarding projects, change projects at clients, and internal projects too.

  • We have placed three Customer Success Managers and three Sales professionals into the company, all are doing really well and are enjoying their roles.

The Role

  • Lead on client onboarding for every new client that the business wins.
  • Lead on delivery of every client expansion project.
  • Lead on all internal projects when required (office moves, software change etc.)
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery of projects, managing timelines, budgets, scopes of work and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Be the primary point of contact for all stakeholders throughout each project, providing regular updates, managing expectations and ensuring satisfaction.
  • Understand and relate client objectives, requirements, and budgets to the company's products and capabilities.
  • Facilitate client decision-making processes and confidently advise on best practices, programme impact, and project strategy.
  • Anticipate and mitigate potential risks, quickly addressing any challenges that arise to keep projects on track.
  • Share and leverage research and industry trends to enhance client outcomes.
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements; assemble and lead project teams.
  • Schedule and coordinate activities with both clients and internal teams to ensure timely delivery.
  • Conduct regular client calls to define expectations and review progress.
  • Communicate and manage critical paths, concurrent events, and potential interruptions.
  • Plan for and mitigate risks; anticipate questions and roadblocks.
  • Provide clear documentation on project scope, budget, solution specifications, and status updates.
  • Successfully facilitate the transition of clients to ongoing account management.

The Person

  • Three plus years of experience in project management.
  • Effective communicator with strong presentation and group facilitation skills.
  • Natural relationship builder.
  • Results-driven and committed to flawless execution.
  • Self-motivated and team-oriented.
  • Confidence to communicate at c-suite level when required.
  • Adaptable under pressure with strong time management skills.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent is preferred.
