Finance Director Oxford Permanent Full-Time/Hybrid Competitive Salary + Performance Bonus + Discretionary Company Bonus

About the Company

A globally leading technology company with approx. £40m t/o and a finance team of five is looking for a Finance Director to join the Executive Management Team.

Your new role

As Finance Director:

• A key member of the Executive Management Team and a strategic partner to the Group CEO and CFO
• Lead the finance function for the division across multiple subsidiaries
• Drive financial and operational performance
• Ensure robust financial controls
• Oversee core business systems, including ERP and financial software

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Financial Controller/Finance Director (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with a strong technical and commercial background
• Proven experience as a senior finance leader within a technology, software, or advanced engineering environment
• R&D accounting and cost control experience
• Experience managing multi-entity operations within a public company context
• Strong technical skills in IFRS and UK GAAP and UK tax legislation
