An international business is undergoing a major European transformation, moving towards a centralised, product led technology model with increased investment in enterprise systems.

About the role

A senior European role owning the Microsoft Dynamics 365 landscape post implementation. You will lead the shift from programme to product, managing roadmap, backlog and stakeholders across multiple markets. The platform covers D365 F&O, Customer Engagement and Field Service, supporting core operations.

This is a strategic role focused on optimisation and growth, not maintenance, with an initial UK presence required.

Key responsibilities

Own the D365 roadmap and product landscape

Transition to a product-led operating model

Engage senior stakeholders across Europe

Drive best practice and platform standardisation

Manage product owners and delivery partners

Salary and benefits

£90,000–£100,000+ plus bonus/benefits

Hybrid working - London (Some EU Travel)
