Senior Product Manager

Our client is a growing energy and commodities technology & SaaS platform, backed by investment from global companies and investors. With a customer base across trading, commodities and financial services, they are at the forefront of technology innovation and product development.

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Product Manager to be the lead in product development and product face of the company, significantly impacting and contributing to the continued company growth and development.

THE POSITION

This Product Manager position is a key position in the company, reporting to the CEO. You will liaise across, work with and be supported by operations, engineering, commercial, sales and management with responsibility for full lifecycle of current and new product development.

With a hands on and commercial approach covering what products are built, the customer marketplace and who they are built for and value delivered, responsibilities include:

· Product vision and roadmap, driving MVP and GA strategy and articulating to internal teams, investors and current and prospective customers.

· Develop the customer base through analysis, research and discovery.

· Develop product value and business metrics and fit to the market.

· Develop the go-to-market product strategy with the commercial team.

· Own the full product lifecycle from conception, launch and post launch MVP to GA.

· Connect product activity to business outcomes.

· International travel -c.30% to meet customers and attend industry events.

Product management experience and trading experience are critical and required for this position. You should have MVP to GA. You should also have a passion and keen interest in AI and technology.

Salary range is a guide and includes basic salary of c.90-130k and additional generous performance bonus and package benefits.
