Main duties of the job
- Lead the development and execution of digital transformation strategies aligned with organisational goals.
- Oversee multiple digital projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality standards, and budget adherence.
- Manage and supervise cross-functional teams, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to team members, promoting professional development and effective management practices.
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities for process optimisation through digital solutions.
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to inform strategic planning and implementation.
- Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations across all digital initiatives.
- Drive change management efforts to facilitate smooth adoption of new systems and processes organisation-wide.
About us
The EHPCN (East Hants Primary Care Network) is spread over a wide geographic area from Bordon to Rowlands Castle. It comprises of 6 GP surgeries working collaboratively. Over the past 7 years we have built a strong dynamic team and pride ourselves on the services delivered by the ARRS roles and their respective surgeryies.

Person Specification
Qualifications
- Educated to Masters level in a relevant area of academic practice or equivalent working experience at this level
- Experience of leading change projects
- Experience of interpreting national policy and implementing this through programmes of work
- Experience and understanding of evaluating and measuring the performance of services
- Experience of supporting users on a 1:1 or group basis
- Strategic understanding and experience of working in the NHS
- Experience of developing primary care provision at scale, including working with a federation or PCN
- An appreciation of the new NHS landscape including the relationship between individual organisations, PCNs and the commissioners
