Are you a passionate software developer ready to take the next step into a strategic leadership role? We're looking for an IT Team Lead to guide our talented development team while working closely with senior leadership to shape the future of our digital platforms and applications.

About the Role

As our IT Team Lead, you'll split your time between hands-on software development and strategic leadership. You'll drive the design, development, and delivery of cutting-edge applications built on C#, .NET, and Azure, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

At the same time, you'll partner with business leaders across the firm—translating technical opportunities into business value and contributing to key decisions that impact the organisation's growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of software developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
  • Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications using C#, .NET (Core), and Azure technologies.
  • Oversee application lifecycle management, ensuring quality, performance, and reliability.
  • Partner with senior management to align IT initiatives with business strategy and goals.
  • Participate in management meetings, providing technical insight and helping shape business decisions.
  • Manage project priorities, timelines, and deliverables in an Agile environment.
  • Evaluate new tools, technologies, and practices to continuously improve our development processes.

What We're Looking For

  • Strong, hands-on experience with C#, .NET (Core/Framework), and Azure.
  • Proven experience leading or mentoring a software development team.
  • Solid understanding of software architecture, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • A problem-solver who thrives on responsibility and collaboration.
  • Experience in application management and supporting enterprise environments is a plus.

Why Join Us

  • Opportunity to make a real impact—both technically and strategically.
  • Collaborative, supportive team culture with room for growth and innovation.
  • Competitive salary and benefits package.
  • Hybrid/flexible working options available.
