Account Manager

We’re working with a growing B2B SaaS organisation that’s looking to hire a Renewals Account Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of subscription clients and lead them through the full renewal and extension lifecycle.

This role would suit someone with strong B2B sales experience who enjoys commercially led conversations, structured pipeline management and negotiating subscription renewals within a fast-paced account base.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing 35–40 customer accounts within a defined renewal window
  • Owning the 3–4 month pre-renewal cycle from handover to close
  • Leading renewal conversations and negotiating contract terms
  • Identifying and closing upsell and extension opportunities
  • Proactively planning your pipeline to protect retention and revenue
  • Maintaining accurate CRM records and forecasts

What they’re looking for

  • 2–4 years’ experience in B2B sales, account management or renewals
  • Confident handling commercial conversations and closing contracts
  • Organised and able to manage multiple accounts at once
  • Proactive, forward-thinking approach to pipeline management
  • Professional communicator across phone, video and email
  • Target-driven with strong attention to detail
