This role reports directly to the Chief Business Officer, who leads Partner Relations, you will work closely with them to support the development and management of key partner relationships.

This is a highly client-facing role. You will take ownership of projects and partnerships from initial engagement through to delivery, coordinating internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders to ensure commitments are delivered to a consistently high standard.

We are looking for someone who enjoys making things happen, someone who can build the relationship, understand the objective, create the plan, bring the right people together and take ownership until the outcome is delivered.

Key Responsibilities

Partnership & Relationship Management

  • Understand each partner's goals, ways of working and internal pressures, and shape how we work together accordingly.
  • Spot opportunities to deepen existing partnerships into new programmes, markets or regions.
  • Represent The Hacking Games professionally with partner organisations and at client meetings and industry events, adapting your approach to different cultures, business practices and organisational structures.

Programme & Project Delivery

  • Coordinate internal teams, external suppliers, logistics and content so milestones are met and nothing falls through the cracks.
  • Manage projects involving multiple concurrent workstreams, stakeholders and international teams.
  • Translate partnership agreements and commitments into practical delivery plans, and ensure partner expectations are realistic and aligned with what THG can deliver.
  • Be comfortable being hands-on when required, including attending and supporting delivery on the ground.
  • Travel when required to support key partner meetings, programme launches and joint events.

Events & Programme Activation

  • Support the planning and delivery of THG events, workshops, launches and partner activations.
  • Work with clients and partners to bring programmes to life across different markets and audiences.

  • Keep documentation, trackers and status reporting clear, current and genuinely useful, and report programme progress, risks and outcomes to partners and to our leadership team.
  • Monitor the health of each partnership and address friction early, before it becomes a problem.
  • Balance an exceptional partner experience with sound judgement on scope, budgets and resourcing.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Act as the internal bridge between partners and our product, research, marketing and delivery teams, making sure partner commitments are deliverable and partner feedback reaches the right people.
  • Influence internal stakeholders without direct authority to keep partner programmes prioritised.
About You

Essential Experience & Skills:

  • Significant experience in a dedicated Partnerships Management role, not general account management, customer success or direct sales.
