My client has a requirement for a Digital Support Analyst (1st Line).

ROLE: -

  • Content management systems - WordPress, Azure, AWS, GitHub
  • Cloud hosting - Azure
  • Support incoming requests
  • Platform Administation/Configuration
  • Testing and maintenance

REQUIRED SKILLS: -

  • Digital Helpdesk Requests
  • WordPress site administration
  • UAT and QA support
  • Testing and checking code releases
  • API-based tools
  • Editing HTML/CSS
  • Basic knowledge of Azure
