My client has a requirement for a Digital Support Analyst (1st Line).
ROLE: -
- Content management systems - WordPress, Azure, AWS, GitHub
- Cloud hosting - Azure
- Support incoming requests
- Platform Administation/Configuration
- Testing and maintenance
REQUIRED SKILLS: -
- Digital Helpdesk Requests
- WordPress site administration
- UAT and QA support
- Testing and checking code releases
- API-based tools
- Editing HTML/CSS
- Basic knowledge of Azure
