As a Senior Project Manager at Hyde, you will lead the successful delivery of complex technology projects from inception through to completion. You will work closely with stakeholders across the organisation to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards, while supporting Hyde’s wider technology and business goals.

Key Duties
  • Lead the planning and delivery of complex IT projects, including scope, objectives, schedules, budgets and resources.
  • Manage project teams, third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication, alignment and successful delivery.
  • Identify, assess and manage project risks, issues and dependencies, putting effective mitigation plans in place.
  • Ensure projects meet agreed quality standards, governance requirements and business needs through robust assurance and reporting.
  • Track project budgets, documentation, dashboards and highlight reports, providing clear updates to senior management.

As a Senior Project Manager we’re seeking someone who can bring:

  • Proven experience in IT project and programme management, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organisation.
  • A proactive mindset and passion for delivering technology solutions that support business improvement and customer outcomes.
  • The ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage suppliers and maintain momentum across complex delivery environments.
  • Experience using project management methodologies and tools such as Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Microsoft Project and JIRA.
