We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a critical transformation programme at The Insight Collective.

Reporting directly to the COO, you'll take ownership of an established roadmap focused on three key areas:

• Building commercial data foundations
• Automating operational processes
• Delivering AI capabilities that create real business value

You'll ensure our data, systems and processes are ready before AI is deployed at scale, working closely with teams across Product, Sales, Marketing, Data Science and IT.

We're looking for someone with:

• Product Management experience in B2B SaaS, Martech or another data-rich environment
• Experience improving CRM, operational or data workflows
• A strong understanding of automation and AI-enabled products
• Excellent stakeholder management and prioritisation skills
• The confidence to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving business
