Data Migration Consultant - Perm - Up to £50k base - Remote

My customer is currently recruiting for an experienced Data Migration Consultant who will be responsible for migrating data from source Legacy systems to new target enterprise systems,

You will be responsible for managing the end-to-end data migration processes, and will be able to demonstrate experience of doing so for previous employers.

You will be responsible for activities including:-

• Designing and implementing robust ETL processes for the migration of both operational and commercial data from Legacy systems into new/current systems.
• Working with SQL Server (SSMS, SSIS), Alteryx or Talend to develop, test, and optimize data workflows.
• Analysing, cleansing, and preparing enterprise data
• Validating migrated data with users to ensure accuracy and operational readiness prior to go-live.

To be considered for this role you must:-

• Have excellent SQL skills and be proficient in using ETL tools, such as SSIS, Talend OR Alteryx, as part of data migration projects
• Have experience working with large volumes of transactional and operational data from complex source systems

This is a predominantly remote role, with 1 day/month expected at the customer's office in High Wycombe.
