Job Title: Senior Enterprise Account Executive – London

Location: London, UK (Remote)

Salary: $165K – $180K

OTE: $330K–$360K (GBP equivalent)

The Opportunity

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Enterprise Account Executive to join a growing London-based team. This role offers the opportunity to support a strategic shift from SMB/mid-market to enterprise, working with cutting-edge AI and communication technologies to transform customer engagement strategies.

What You’ll Do

  • Secure mid-market and enterprise-level clients within a fast-paced environment
  • Manage a portfolio of approximately 25–50 target accounts
  • Build and maintain a 3–5x qualified pipeline through outbound, self-generated activity
  • Deliver a high level of customer engagement and sales activity
  • Drive revenue growth with a strong focus on new business (“hunter” mentality)

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience consistently exceeding quotas of $1M+
  • Proven track record of closing multi-million-dollar deals
  • Strong ability to navigate complex organisations and engage C-level stakeholders
  • Experience using structured sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDPICC)
  • Background in retail or e-commerce sales with complex deal cycles
  • Highly driven, resourceful, and resilient mindset
  • Strong personal brand, ideally with an established LinkedIn presence
