Database Administrator - part-time - 3 days a week

Location: South West London / hybrid

Salary: £25,000 pro-rata (£15,000 pa) plus retention bonus of 15% (£2,250)

Hours: 24 hours a week,8.30 am - 5.30 pm Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday

Remote working on a Monday (after one month training period), office based Tuesday and Wednesday

Languages: Fluent English is essential

Key Responsibilities:

This part-time contract role (3 days a week) is an excellent opportunity to join a highly successful global tech company.

Your role will include

• Using Qlikview to prepare and upload sales data onto database on a weekly basis
• Upload data from files to SQL database, correct exceptions
• Maintain and update relevant lists and files for the upload
• Using Cognos - Upload sales data into Cognos from SQL database
• Provide market share and other reports through Cognos for the sales and marketing department - Provide Analysis reports for the sales department
• Upload data to the Power BI platform
• Help other departments in creating reports on platform

Candidate Requirements:

• Fluent English is essential
• Previous administration experience is essential
• Experience of MS Office is essential
• Previous experience using Qlikview, Cognos, Power BI Desktop, Power BI Online is an advantage but not essential
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Available to work for a 9-12 month contract on a 3 days a week part-time basis

Salary: £25,000 pro-rata (£15,000 pa) plus retention bonus of 15% (£2,250) plus excellent benefits
