AI Assistant / Business Analyst

AI Assistant / Business Analyst

Luxury Travel Group | Harrow-on-the-Hill (Hybrid)

£40,000 – £60,000 + performance incentives

A highly unusual and genuinely exciting opportunity for an analytically minded AI Assistant / Business Analyst to work directly with the CEO of a long-established luxury travel business.

This is NOT a traditional EA role. The position sits at the intersection of AI, commercial analysis, business operations, and executive support.

You will use tools such as Claude and ChatGPT daily to help analyse data, improve reporting, support decision-making, and identify opportunities to drive business growth.

The role would suit someone with a naturally analytical, process-driven mindset — perhaps with exposure to finance, operations, engineering, analytics, commercial reporting, or AI-led workflows — who also enjoys working closely with senior leadership.

Key Duties:

• Using AI tools to analyse business data, reporting, trends, and commercial performance

• Supporting the CEO with research, written output, analysis, and operational projects

• Reviewing financial and commercial information to identify opportunities and efficiencies

• Working across business operations, reporting, partnerships, and performance data

• Executive and operational support at senior leadership level

About You:

• You already use AI tools such as Claude or ChatGPT regularly and confidently

• Strong numerical and analytical skills are essential

• Comfortable interpreting data, spotting trends, and producing commercially useful insights

• Excellent written communication and ability to refine AI-generated content

• Naturally proactive, intellectually curious, and solutions-focused

• Able to thrive in a fast-moving, evolving environment

Please note:

• This is not a standard administrative or traditional EA role

• The analytical and AI elements are essential requirements

• Harrow-on-the-Hill location — candidates should have a realistic commute

Hybrid working: 3 days office / 2 days home.

This is a rare opportunity to join a successful, entrepreneurial business at a pivotal stage of growth and modernisation, in a role with genuine visibility and impact.
