EA for a prestigious global Tech Investment company based in stunning Mayfair offices with a fast paced and collaborative culture, known for hiring some of the greatest minds in the industry.You will support a high-profile Partner plus a small allocation of Executives.

The Role

• Senior Executive Assistant role, fast paced, high demands and a varied workload!
• First rate EA support to a Partner plus a small allocation of other executives
• Extensive and complex global diary management across time zones
• Complex multi stop travel itineraries with end-to-end logistics
• Arrange high volume of meetings with high profile clients and stakeholders
• Actively support on stakeholder and client engagement
• Opportunity to get involved with much more!

You

• Experience in a high profile, global company (investment, tech or similar environment)
• A passion for excellence, and pride in delivering exceptional EA support
• Strong academic background
• A true business partner EA
• Intelligent, polished and articulate communication skills
• Always ahead pre-empting issues, capable of making decisions and changes at short notice
• Tech savvy with knowledge of a range of systems (MS Office, G Suite and many more applications)
• A great team player, you will be an EA of the highest level while happy to help your teammates with no task being too small
