Executive Assistant to Founder/CEO with Office Management duties for a boutique and highly successful Tech Investment co in Mayfair. A career defining role as Executive Assistant in the CEO’s office which combines Senior EA duties, Office Management responsibility and various exciting projects!! This role is based 5 days a week in their beautiful Mayfair office where you will work with a dynamic, high performing, fun and friendly team and a visionary leader!

The Role

  • Executive support to a visionary CEO/Founder
  • Manage and streamline the CEO/Founders calendar to maximise time and productivity
  • Arrange regular team all hands, AGM’s, investor meetings, roadshows and other events
  • Provide additional EA support to the Head of IR
  • Coordinate expenses in an accurate and timely way
  • Complex global itineraries including multi stop international trips and all associated logistics
  • Office management: Supplier selection and liaison, manage office budget, drive value, place orders and manage facilities to provide an exceptional workplace for all
  • Support on CEO Office projects

You

  • Degree educated
  • Tech savvy (familiar with various platforms, messaging systems and AI tools)
  • Experienced EA in a fast-paced global environment within Investment, Consultancy or Tech industry
  • Some exposure to Office Management/Office Operations
  • Excellent and proven relationship building skills for high impact interactions internally & externally
