The Role

We’re looking for a Revenue Operations Manager to join our team at The National College. This is a pivotal role in a high-growth SaaS environment, ensuring seamless deal processing, accurate billing, and smooth contract renewals that support both customer success and revenue continuity.

You’ll lead our Revenue Operations team, overseeing the end-to-end billing lifecycle, managing renewals, and working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance. We want a highly organised, detail-oriented professional with a proactive mindset — someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and is excited about driving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Processing & Billing Operations

  • Manage the end-to-end billing process for new deals, upsells, and expansions in Certinia (FinancialForce).
  • Lead the Revenue Operations team to ensure accurate and timely entry of order data.
  • Ensure invoices are generated and issued on schedule with the correct details.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies in collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Finance.

Contract Renewal Management

  • Own the contract renewal lifecycle, including tracking, notifications, and processing.
  • Partner with Customer Success and Sales to forecast and manage renewal timelines.
  • Maintain an accurate renewal calendar to ensure timely billing for extensions and renewals.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and workflow optimisation in the renewal process.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Act as the key liaison between Finance, Sales, and Customer Success on billing and renewal matters.
  • Contribute to deal desk discussions, ensuring compliance with billing policies and technical feasibility.
  • Provide training and support on billing tools and processes.

Job Requirements

Experience

  • 4+ years’ experience in billing or revenue operations within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Certinia (FinancialForce) and HubSpot.
  • (Preferred) Experience working with CPQ systems and automated billing workflows.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of SaaS billing models (subscription, usage-based, etc.).
  • Knowledge of revenue recognition standards (FRS102).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • High attention to detail and organisational skills in a deadline-driven environment.
