- Working closely with Product, DevOps and Security to integrate and optimise platforms
- Choosing the right tools, technologies and architectures to support high performance
- Keeping one eye on compliance and regulation, and the other on future trends
- Proven background as a Solutions Architect (or similar senior role) within iGaming
- Hands-on sportsbook experience (in-house systems or third-party)
- Strong knowledge of real-time data, odds feeds, and bet settlement workflows
- Experience with cloud-native setups (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Deep understanding of system integration, APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
- A collaborative approach with clear, confident communication skills
- Experience with in-play betting systems or personalisation engines
- Familiarity with player data, analytics, or behaviour modelling
- Understanding of compliance challenges across multiple jurisdictions
- Flexible, remote/hybrid working - office in London but mostly remote
