Systems Manager

  • Owning the product and supplier relationships across both M365 and NetSuite
  • Partnering with Finance, Procurement, Operations, HR and Marketing
  • Leading the roadmap for both platforms and managing supplier engagement
  • Acting as the main point of contact for training and user support
  • Getting hands-on with systems to resolve issues, streamline processes, and improve speed
  • Implementing and maintaining strong data management and security controls in Office 365, including cloud app security and data archiving
  • Driving NetSuite projects, including CRM, analytics, and system enhancements
  • Building and refining reports and dashboards, especially with new analytics add-ons
  • Evolving the user experience and supporting ongoing change initiatives
What you will need:
  • Proven experience managing NetSuite (essential)
  • Hands-on Office 365 management experience (highly desirable)
  • A track record of leading change and engaging stakeholders at all levels
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to bring people on the journey
  • A career driven mindset with a passion for progression and development
  • The ability to work closely with heads of department and cross-functional teams
  • Previous experience in similar roles such as IT Systems Manager, NetSuite Manager, or M365 Manager
