VP of Sales

  • Overseeing complex sales pipelines and negotiating high-value contracts
  • Identifying and capitalising on new business opportunities within the fintech space
  • Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
What you will need:
  • A proven track record of commercial performance in senior sales roles (such as Sales Director, Head of Sales, or VP of Sales) within fintech or financial services
  • Demonstrable experience managing complex sales cycles and closing high-value contracts
  • An established network of contacts within the banking sector
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and develop a sales team
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
