A leading global membership organisation is hiring a Digital Channel Manager to improve performance across its website, app and digital platforms.
The role
This is a newly created role with real scope to shape how digital channels perform.
You’ll sit across digital marketing, web, UX and product, ensuring channels work together to improve engagement, conversion and retention.
This is not a pure execution role. It’s about owning digital performance, improving journeys, and connecting teams.
What you’ll be doing
- Own and improve website performance as the core digital channel
- Connect web, app and community platforms to create clear user journeys
- Use Google Analytics / digital data to drive decisions
- Manage and optimise content via a CMS (Optimizely or similar)
- Work with an external digital / development agency
- Improve conversion, engagement and customer journeys
- Feed insights back into marketing, content and product teams
What they’re looking for
- Experience in Digital Marketing, Digital Channels, Web or CRM roles
- Background in e-commerce, retail, SaaS or membership organisations
- Strong understanding of website performance, content and user journeys
- Confident using data / analytics to improve performance
- Experience with CMS platforms, Google Analytics or similar tools
