Data & Systems Manager

UK-based (with European operations)£50,000 - £70,000 + growth opportunity + benefits

The OpportunityWe are seeking a Data & Systems Manager to take ownership of how data flows across an industry leading operational business with sites in the UK and Europe with ambitious expansion plans.This is a unique opportunity to build and shape a data and systems function from the ground up designing processes, implementing tools, and enabling better decision-making across the organisation.Key ResponsibilitiesData & Systems Ownership Own and manage operational data systems across the business Work with existing tools including Device Magic, Excel, and internal client-facing platforms* Act as the central point of contact for data, systems, and process improvement across internal stakeholders and key clients.Process & Data Capture Design Map and optimise end-to-end operational workflows:o Order collection unloading processing reporting Standardise and digitise data capture, reducing manual processes and duplication* Ensure accurate, consistent data capture across multiple sitesTraceability & Operational Visibility Design and implement a robust traceability system for materials and workflows Introduce solutions such as barcoding and/or RFID where appropriate* Improve transparency and control across multi-site operationsReporting & Business Intelligence Develop dashboards and reporting using tools such as Microsoft Power BI or similar Deliver insights into operational performance, volumes, and commercial metrics* Support data-driven decision-making across the businessSystems Development & Integration Improve and evolve internal systems and client-facing platforms Identify and implement new technologies (e.g. automation, AI tools where relevant)* Work with third-party providers or lead system improvements directlyScalability & Growth Build systems that support expansion xehkeey into new European markets Standardise processes across multiple locations* Lay the foundation for a scalable data and systems capabilityAbout You Experience in a data management, implantation and systems Strong Excel and data structuring skills Experience with Power BI or similar BI tools Comfortable working with operational or logistics-related data* Able to design and improve processes, not just maintain themWhy Apply?
