About Us

At The Pixel we're dedicated to transforming digital commerce through exceptional experiences. With over 20 years in the industry, we provide innovative solutions leveraging the full power of the Adobe Experience Cloud to help businesses thrive. We are a team that excels in innovation, collaboration, and long-term client success living by our mantra of who cares wins.

The Opportunity

If successful, you'll be joining an established agency that has grown over 20% year on year, with Gold status Adobe partnership who delivers award winning work for well-known brands.

As Project Manager, you'll deliver large scale Adobe Commerce projects for enterprise level clients, ensuring all activities are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.

Naturally you will have superb organisation and communication skills, working collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders. You'll enjoy ownership of projects end to end, from scope and discovery phases, through budget tracking and risk management, to delivery and hand over. This role focuses on project excellence and process optimisation, so with the support of an experienced team, you'll be able to bring new ideas to the table in line with our continuous improvement mindset.

Such drive for improvement will also be rewarded personally, with a career development budget available to pursue work related certifications of your choice such as Agile, Prince2 and Scrum, in addition to encouragement to pursue Adobe accreditations. As a key component in our continued growth and success, you'll enjoy clear progression opportunities within an agile agency that puts their people first.

What You'll Need to Succeed

Essential

  • Track record as a Project Manager or similar delivering eCommerce development projects (such as Magento/Adobe Commerce, Shopify, BigCommerce) in a fast paced, agile agency environment.
  • Excel in delivering projects on time, budget, and scope, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Strong communication, organisation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Comfortable in a fast paced, agile environment managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Sound understanding of PM tools and systems (Jira, Trello, Tempo, Asana, MS Project, TeamGantt etc)
  • You'll take pride in quality delivery, whilst seeking out ways to improve, and keeping up to date with the latest industry trends and technological advancements.
  • UK based, with choice of working remotely or hybrid from our Bristol office.
  • Ability to visit the Bristol office every quarter.

Nice to Have

  • Track record of delivering large, complex Adobe Commerce focused projects is highly desirable.
  • Adobe Business Practitioner certification, or similar.
  • Project Management certification (Prince2, PMP, AgilePM, Scrum Master etc).
  • Experience both agency side and in-house offers a unique perspective to your work - nice to have by no means a key consideration.

Why Join Us

You'll be part of a well-established, industry leading digital commerce agency that prioritises quality work, company culture, and self-development. You’ll gain access to the latest training, paid for certifications, company bonus, and clear progression opportunities with the support of knowledgeable mentors and teammates.
