The Opportunity

You’ll enjoy ownership of high-value client relationships, with the autonomy to strategically develop trusted partnerships. Your personable and knowledgeable approach will nurture commercial growth, mutual alignment, and long-term success.

Acting as the Senior Client Lead, you’ll collaborate with Delivery Managers, Project Managers, and cross-functional teams to ensure client needs and strategic goals are clearly defined and understood.

Such collaboration extends to supporting Account Managers, leading by example and embodying best practice, which as a collective ensures client satisfaction.

Strong knowledge of eCommerce/digital and previous experience within a fast paced, agile environment are highly desired attributes.

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Essential

  • Extensive experience managing client relationships within client services, digital, or eCommerce environments.
  • Proven ability to manage strategic or enterprise-level accounts.
  • Strong commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets and growing accounts.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working with cross-functional delivery teams.
  • Ability to mentor and support Account Managers.

Desired

  • Understanding of Adobe Commerce, and/or the wider eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Previous experience agency-side, or fast-paced/agile environments.
  • Commercial or business-related qualifications.
  • Experience contributing to sales or business development processes.
