We're looking for ambitious Business Sales Executives to join a growing sales team in Manchester. In this role, you'll generate new business opportunities and introduce businesses to professional consultancy and people-management software solutions that help them run their organisations more effectively.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and referrals * Booking appointments with business owners and decision makers * Building and managing a strong sales pipeline * Achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets * Developing relationships with new and existing clients
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in telesales, door to door sales, outbound sales or lead generation * Comfortable working in a target-driven environment * Resilient, confident and motivated by earning potential * Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision makers * A proactive, self-starter attitude
