We're looking for ambitious Business Sales Graduates to join a growing sales team in Manchester. In this role, you'll generate new business opportunities and introduce businesses to professional consultancy and people-management software solutions that help them run their organisations more effectively.

• Generating new business opportunities through outbound calls, emails and referrals* Booking appointments with business owners and decision makers* Building and managing a strong sales pipeline* Achieving and exceeding quarterly sales targets* Developing relationships with new and existing clients

• Experience in telesales, door to door sales, outbound sales or lead generation* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment* Resilient, confident and motivated by earning potential* Strong communication skills and ability to engage decision makers* A proactive, self-starter attitude

• Competitve basic salary + uncapped commission
• £35K OTE in year one - top performers earning £60K+
