This is not a closing role - it's about generating high-quality opportunities in a target-driven, consultative sales environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound activity
  • Book high-quality demos for Business Development Managers
  • Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets
  • Manage and maintain a live sales pipeline
  • Engage professionally with senior decision-makers
  • Use a consultative, solution-led sales approach
  • Self-generate opportunities via referrals and social selling
What We're Looking For
  • 1+ years' experience in outbound B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation (SaaS experience is a plus)
  • Confident communicator with strong business acumen
  • Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
  • Organised, resilient, and ambitious
