Key Responsibilities- Generate and qualify leads through inbound and outbound activity
- Book high-quality demos for Business Development Managers
- Achieve monthly KPIs and sales targets
- Manage and maintain a live sales pipeline
- Engage professionally with senior decision-makers
- Use a consultative, solution-led sales approach
- Self-generate opportunities via referrals and social selling
- 1+ years' experience in outbound B2B sales, telesales, or lead generation (SaaS experience is a plus)
- Confident communicator with strong business acumen
- Target-driven, proactive, and self-motivated
- Organised, resilient, and ambitious
