Data Campaign Manager

I'm currently partnering with a high-growth professional services organisation to support the search for a commercially-minded and data-savvy Data Campaign Manager!

If you're passionate about combining data with action, this is your chance to make a real commercial impact.

The Role

Working closely with sales, marketing, and Salesforce teams, you'll act as a critical bridge - managing campaign configuration, segmentation, data quality, and dialler optimisation.

This role is a key part of their digital transformation and sales enablement strategy, offering an exciting opportunity to shape how data drives performance and campaign execution across a large national sales function.

This is a fast-paced, data-led role focused on increasing sales team performance through better targeting, smarter data use, and real-time analytics.

This is much more than campaign scheduling - you'll be diving deep into data strategy, reporting, and sales process optimisation across channels and teams.

Day to Day

  • Manage end-to-end campaign configuration within Salesforce and third-party dialler systems.
  • Drive segmentation, personalisation, and targeting strategies that enhance campaign performance.
  • Optimise data quality and usability across Salesforce-eliminating duplicates, managing inactive contacts, and improving lead scoring frameworks.
  • Create and maintain real-time performance dashboards using Power BI, ensuring all stakeholders are working from a single source of truth.
  • Spot trends in campaign effectiveness, inbound/outbound activity, and recommend actionable changes.
  • Deliver insight reports to sales and marketing stakeholders, supporting coaching and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing to enhance audience targeting and conversion.
  • Develop future campaign and analytics capabilities using your knowledge of CRM tools and SQL-based reporting.

You?

  • Proven experience working in a data campaign or CRM management role, ideally within a sales-driven environment.
  • Strong technical skills across Salesforce CRM, SQL, and Power BI.
  • Experience working with dialler systems and telephony campaign optimisation.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to spot patterns, identify issues, and offer clear actions.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work across departments under tight deadlines.
  • A confident communicator, capable of translating technical insights into meaningful business recommendations.
  • Experience in professional services, telesales, or commercial B2B environments is a plus.
