Director of Partnerships
I’m currently partnering with a global SaaS leader in the HR and employment law space to appoint a commercially astute and strategically driven Partnerships Director!
This is a pivotal, board-facing leadership role at the heart of an ambitious international growth agenda. We’re looking for a senior commercial operator - someone who can define and execute partnership strategy, unlock new revenue channels, and build a high-performing ecosystem that materially impacts enterprise growth!

Reporting directly to executive leadership, you will own and evolve the end-to-end partnerships function - shaping strategy, scaling national and international alliances, and driving measurable commercial outcomes.
This is not a relationship maintenance role.
It is about strategic growth, market expansion, and revenue acceleration.
Strategic Scope
You will lead engagement across:
- Trade Bodies
- Professional Associations
- Membership Organisations
- Introducer & Affiliate Networks
- Strategic Corporate & Enterprise Partners
You’ll design compelling commercial propositions, structure complex agreements, and ensure partnerships are fully activated across sales, marketing, and operational channels to maximise ROI.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and deliver a scalable, revenue-focused partnerships strategy
- Win and structure high-value national and strategic partner agreements
- Operate credibly at board and C-suite level, both internally and externally
- Negotiate complex commercial and introducer arrangements
- Lead tender submissions and strategic bid activity
- Build robust MI frameworks to track performance, revenue contribution and ROI
- Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless partner activation
- Represent the brand as a senior ambassador within key markets and industry forums
About You
- Proven track record of building and scaling partnership ecosystems within SaaS or professional services environments
- Demonstrable success driving new business and revenue growth through strategic alliances
- Experience engaging with federations, trade associations, or large membership bodies
- Strong commercial acumen with executive-level communication and influencing capability
- Confident, strategic negotiator experienced in structuring high-value agreements
- Data-driven mindset with experience building reporting frameworks and performance metrics
- SaaS, HR, employment law, or regulated professional services exposure advantageous
- Entrepreneurial, growth-oriented and comfortable operating with pace and accountability
