Junior UX Designer

We're partnered with an exciting and rapidly growing software business that's expanding its product team and looking for a passionate UX Designer to help shape the future of its flagship SaaS platform.
Working within a collaborative cross-functional team, you'll have the opportunity to design engaging user experiences across web and mobile applications while learning from experienced product and engineering professionals.
What you'll be doing
- Design new features and enhance existing user journeys across web and mobile platforms
- Conduct user research to understand customer needs and behaviours
- Produce wireframes, user flows and interactive prototypes using Figma
- Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers and stakeholders throughout the design process
- Support usability testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Present design concepts and confidently communicate your ideas
- Keep up to date with UX trends, accessibility standards and best practice
What we're looking for
- Around 2+ years' experience in a UX or Product Design role
- Strong proficiency with Figma
- Experience creating wireframes, prototypes and user journeys
- Understanding of user research methodologies and usability testing
- Knowledge of responsive and mobile-first design principles
- Appreciation of accessibility and inclusive design
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- A genuine passion for learning and developing as a UX Designer
