We are looking for an enthusiastic Product & Content Owner to take charge of a leading mental health and wellbeing app. You'll play a vital role in shaping the app's content and product roadmap to boost engagement, drive adoption, and deliver meaningful user experiences. This is a pivotal role within a newly formed, cross-functional engineering team with big ambitions and strong leadership backing.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and content strategy for the wellbeing app
- Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and clinical experts to create and curate engaging, accurate, and compassionate mental health content
- Drive adoption and feature usage through a user-centric product development approach
- Use metrics and feedback to continuously improve content and feature performance
- Ensure content aligns with business objectives and app functionality
- Deliver content tailored to regional and cultural contexts
- Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of new features and content initiatives
- Manage and prioritise user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
- Conduct internal training to drive awareness and maximise product value
What You'll Bring
- Proven experience in content ownership, editing, or management - ideally in health, mental health, or wellness
- A deep commitment to mental health and wellbeing
- Strong written and editorial skills with a compassionate and authoritative tone
- Familiarity with content management systems (DatoCMS preferred)
- Agile delivery experience, including working with Kanban or Scrum teams
- Confidence in translating complex ideas into accessible, engaging content
- Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
- A collaborative, positive attitude and a passion for helping people through technology
