We are looking for an enthusiastic Product & Content Owner to take charge of a leading mental health and wellbeing app. You'll play a vital role in shaping the app's content and product roadmap to boost engagement, drive adoption, and deliver meaningful user experiences. This is a pivotal role within a newly formed, cross-functional engineering team with big ambitions and strong leadership backing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and define the product vision, roadmap, and content strategy for the wellbeing app
  • Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and clinical experts to create and curate engaging, accurate, and compassionate mental health content
  • Drive adoption and feature usage through a user-centric product development approach
  • Use metrics and feedback to continuously improve content and feature performance
  • Ensure content aligns with business objectives and app functionality
  • Deliver content tailored to regional and cultural contexts
  • Lead the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of new features and content initiatives
  • Manage and prioritise user stories, acceptance criteria, and documentation
  • Conduct internal training to drive awareness and maximise product value

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in content ownership, editing, or management - ideally in health, mental health, or wellness
  • A deep commitment to mental health and wellbeing
  • Strong written and editorial skills with a compassionate and authoritative tone
  • Familiarity with content management systems (DatoCMS preferred)
  • Agile delivery experience, including working with Kanban or Scrum teams
  • Confidence in translating complex ideas into accessible, engaging content
  • Project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with precision
  • A collaborative, positive attitude and a passion for helping people through technology
