We're hiring an experienced Sales Floor Manager to lead and develop a high-performing inbound/outbound sales team within a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment.

This is a hands-on leadership role focused on coaching, performance management, and driving KPIs in a fast-paced, target-driven setting.

What You'll Do
  • Lead, motivate and develop a team of sales agents
  • Drive daily, weekly and monthly KPI performance
  • Deliver 1:1s, coaching sessions and performance reviews
  • Analyse sales data and implement action plans
  • Ensure compliance and CRM standards are maintained
  • Foster a high-energy, high-performance sales culture
What We're Looking For
  • 2+ years' experience managing a sales/contact centre team
  • Strong understanding of inbound & outbound sales environments
  • Confident using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
  • Data-driven with strong coaching and leadership skills
  • Organised, professional and decisive
