We're looking for an experienced Sales Manager to lead a team of Business Development Managers in a fast-paced B2B SaaS business. If you know how to build high-performing teams, coach people to success, and deliver outstanding sales results, this could be your next move.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach and motivate a team of BDMs.
- Drive new business revenue and exceed team targets.
- Run 1:1s, coaching sessions and performance reviews.
- Support your team to win and close new business.
- Monitor pipeline, KPIs and CRM performance.
- Create a high-energy, high-performance sales culture.
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years' experience leading BDM or new business sales teams.
- Strong B2B sales background (SaaS or solution sales preferred).
- Proven success delivering revenue growth.
- Great coaching and leadership skills.
- CRM experience (Salesforce ideal).
- Commercial mindset with a passion for developing people.
