Rostering Partner

Are you passionate about workforce systems, problem solving, and supporting services to deliver safe and effective staffing?

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our newly established People & Culture Directorate as a Rostering Partner. This role is central to supporting the Trust's HealthRoster system and ensuring the effective management of rosters across our clinical and non-clinical workforce.

Working as part of the Rostering Team, you will provide specialist support to approximately 4,000 staff across Nursing & Midwifery, Medical, AHP, Administrative, Estates and Ancillary services. You will work closely with managers and roster creators to ensure rosters are maintained accurately, systems operate effectively, and workforce information is reliable and compliant.

Main duties of the job

As a Rostering Partner, you will:

  • Support the day-to-day maintenance and optimisation of the Trust's HealthRoster system
  • Investigate and resolve rostering, payroll, system, and user issues
  • Work with Divisions to maintain compliant roster templates and staffing patterns
  • Provide training and support to managers and system users
  • Produce workforce reports and support data quality, audit, and governance requirements
  • Support resident doctor rotations and workforce system updates throughout the year

  • Educated to degree level or equivalent work experience
Desirable
  • Training qualification
