Account Executive/Project Co-ordinator - 1 day a week in Oxford

Who Will I be Working for?

A fantastic Oxford-based technology organisation, skilled at developing digital communication tools that support professionals in accessing timely expertise and advice. Its services are designed to improve collaboration, streamline decision-making processes and enhance overall efficiency within large, complex systems. The company works with organisations across the UK to help strengthen connectivity and service delivery. Whilst the company has grown significantly, it still retains its start-up mentality, encouraging new ideas, knowledge sharing and team work. The company are very flexible regarding home working but will require at least one day a week in their central Oxford office.

What will I be doing?

You will be supporting a team of Account Managers on the delivery of multiple projects. Although your focus will be on a recent large business win, you will also assist with other projects as the business requires. This will be a varied and exciting role, requiring excellent communication skills and the ability to juggle lots of tasks.

Specific Responsibilities:-

  • Stakeholder management & relationship building: Work with the AM to ensure expectations of stakeholders are met, ensuring project documentation is maintained to include all key information.
  • Strategy & Growth: Support the AM in the delivery of the project strategy/ monitoring activity data (and any wider KPIs) to ensure growth is reviewed.
  • Objection handling & problem solving: Ensure appropriate conversations happen with client and key stakeholders to identify their objectives and challenges and develops robust recommendations to achieve or overcome these.
  • Reporting & Analysis: Support the AM in the creation of any bespoke reporting requirements, supporting with the delivery and interpretation of monthly reports to clients and makes recommendations for next steps based on insights.
  • Client Satisfaction: Ensure surveys go out to all key users on a regular basis. Work with the Marketing team to ensure surveys are appropriate for users, based on service provided as well as collating and interpreting results. Work with AM to develop action.

What skills and experience are required?:-

  • Planning and organisation: Ability to manage tasks simultaneously, accurately, and according to priority
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Excellent communication and relationship building skills

What else do I need to know?

This is a permanent role. My client’s offices are based in Oxford city centre. You will be expected to work one day a week in the office as a minimum. The benefits include:-

Hours: 37.5 hours / week (08:00-16:30 or 08:30-17:00 or 09:00-17:30)
