We are currently recruiting for a Recruitment Support Officer on behalf of our Public Sector client based in the Armagh area .
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who is highly organised, confident working with data and IT systems, and able to manage a busy workload with accuracy and professionalism.
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- £12.75 per hour

As a Recruitment Support Officer, you will provide a high standard of administrative and customer service support, helping to ensure the efficient day-to-day running of the department.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers and clients, responding to queries efficiently and escalating where required.
- Providing high-quality administrative support across the service area.
- Inputting, processing, monitoring and validating information accurately within agreed timescales.
- Assisting with the analysis, monitoring and reporting of data and statistics.
- Preparing reports, correspondence and documentation for senior staff.
- Providing routine advice, guidance and administrative assistance to colleagues and stakeholders.
- Supporting the development and maintenance of departmental procedures and protocols.
- Assisting with improvements to administrative systems and processes.
- Monitoring stationery and office supplies and ensuring stock is maintained appropriately.
- Delivering a professional and consistently high standard of customer service to staff, members of the public, suppliers and other stakeholders.
Applicants must meet one of the following criteria:
- 5 GCSEs at Grades A-C , including English Language and Mathematics, or equivalent/higher qualifications.
OR
- A minimum of 18 months' relevant experience within a clerical or administrative role.
Candidates must also be able to demonstrate:
- Previous experience in administration and data entry .
- Experience using Microsoft Excel , including working with data, analysis and reporting.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other IT systems .
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
- The ability to work confidently on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
