Commercial Insight Analyst
What you will do:
- Develop and manage commercial insight tools that translate complex data into clear, accessible outputs for sales and leadership teams
- Act as the key link between data and the business, prioritising requests and delivering insights in a way that is easy to understand and act on
- Partner closely with sales, strategy, and CRM stakeholders to shape how performance is measured and ensure insights directly inform decisions
- Present findings to senior stakeholders, using strong storytelling to turn analysis into clear actions and continuously refining outputs based on feedback and impact
What you will bring:
- Proven experience in analytics or business intelligence roles, with a strong focus on communicating insights to non-technical audiences
- Advanced data visualisation and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear, compelling messages
- Experience working with tools such as Power BI and CRM systems like Salesforce to produce stakeholder-ready outputs
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence presenting, influencing decisions, and adapting communication style to different audiences
- Ability to manage multiple priorities independently while operating effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment
