You’ll join a new squad to build secure, scalable, high-performance applications in the emerging space of digital ownership.

We’re looking for a Java Tech Lead who can combine hands-on engineering with technical leadership, someone who can guide the team, set direction, and still roll up their sleeves when needed.

What you’ll do:

• Own the technical delivery of enterprise-scale applications.
• Provide leadership across an Agile team, coaching engineers and raising the bar on quality.
• Shape system design and architecture, balancing innovation with reliability.
• Experiment with and introduce cutting-edge tech such as Blockchain and AI-driven solutions.

What you bring:

• Seasoned experience in Java development, with proven leadership responsibility.
• Strong background in microservices, Spring Boot, cloud platforms (AWS a plus), and CI/CD practices.
• A track record of designing solutions that scale securely.
• Agile mindset, strong communicator, and passion for driving technical excellence.

The offer:

• Initial 12-month daily rate contract, with extensions likely.
